Several years ago, we discovered that we and some of our children could not tolerate gluten. As foodies, we began searching for options. Surely there must be a way we could enjoy all the food we had come to love without all the gluten. Finding very few affordable or acceptable options, we began making our own breads and baked goods. It was a learning process, to be sure, but as we learned through research, trial, and error, our gluten-free journey eventually brought us to where we are now. As our children grew older and friends began to rave about our cakes and breads, we decided to turn our passion into a business that would allow us to share our love of good food with our community while offering more options to our gluten-free neighbors.
